A:  COM0. In the default WinCE image (BSP) the COM0 is being used as debug port, however you can configure it as normal serial port by following an instruction in the "DOC" folder in the shipped DVD.

Hardware test programs are provided in the shipped DVD, and instructions for running the hardware test programs is written in the users manual. You can follow the manual to download the test program to the board and run it to test the hardware.

The jumper "J9" has to be set to pin2 and pin3 when debugging with J-Link. Jumper J9 controls the DBGSEL signal, when J9 is connected with J1 and J2, the power level of DBGSEL turns high, and the JTAG interface provides access to the S3C6410 in-chip peripherals; when J9 is connected with J2 and J3, PL of DBGSEL is low, and JTAG provides access to the ARM11 core

For OK6410/TE6410 you will need a SD card and a USB card reader, for our S3C2440 series everything has been included in the package and you would not need anything else. Both S3C6410 and S3C2440 series need an utility named DNW, which can be found in the DVD that is shipped with your order. Documentation for loading OS images are provided in the DVD too.

Unlike the S3C2440 series, at this moment there is no JTAG wiggler available for the S3C6410. J-LINK Emulator is the only JTAG device that works with the S3C6410, you will need it for application development(debugging).
